TSC Auto ID Technology (TWSE: 3611) has announced the acquisition of Bluebird Inc., a leading provider of enterprise mobility solutions. This strategic move aims to expand TSC’s global presence and offer a comprehensive suite of Auto ID solutions by combining Bluebird’s mobile computing capabilities with TSC’s printing technologies.

Vincent Chen, President of TSC Auto ID, highlighted that this integration will enhance customer experience by delivering unified input and output device solutions. Following the acquisition, Bluebird will continue to operate independently, with Jinoh Kim remaining as CEO to ensure leadership continuity.

Kim noted that the partnership with TSC will improve competitiveness and enable both companies to better serve their shared markets. Together, TSC and Bluebird plan to drive global growth, align product roadmaps, and create synergies in technical support, sales, and marketing.
